Shipping with Registered Tracking

Tracked Shipping (EU & UK — Outside the Canary Islands)

Our default and most affordable shipping option is Paq Lite. However, if you prefer extra security and require a signature upon delivery, you can now upgrade to Registered Tracking.

Why the price difference?

Due to international postal regulations, carriers now classify all padded envelopes and boxes as "Parcels" rather than "Documents." Because we ship from Fuerteventura, this change unfortunately raises the base rate for Registered Tracking to €27+ (depending on the weight).

Paq Lite (Default): Included in your base shipping fee. This includes basic digital tracking, and the package will be delivered directly into your mailbox without requiring a signature.

Registered Tracking: please add here your zone to cart as an extra. This option ensures hand-to-hand delivery and requires a physical signature.

So your TOTAL:

Paq Lite Base + Registered Upgrade = Total Postage.
