The customer acknowledges, at the time of placing the order, the conditions of sale shown on the screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation. The execution of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.


The client is able to place the order by clicking on the “PURCHASE” icon.  At that moment the shopping cart will appear.  When the client clicks on the “MAKE PAYMENT” icon, the client will be redirected to a Payment page where the client will be able to use this gateway for payment or use a credit card, whichever the client prefers.

We accept Credit, Debit, Visa,Amex and Apple Pay.  If you wish to pay by PayPal because enquire and we can invoice you separately.

Delivery Time

Once the payment has been made, the delivery time may vary depending on the country of destination and always taking into account that Mizunatura is based in the Canary Islands which makes shipment not as quick as in mainland Spain.  We offer automatically regular post on checkout which ranges from 4 euros and up, this can take 3 days to 3 weeks depending on where you live in the world.

EXPRESS AND/OR TRACKING from 7 euros and up for any package up to 3kg. Please enquire as this is extra.


From the moment the client receives the order, the client has, by law, fourteen calendar days to get in touch with MIZUNATURA and report the intention to return the order. MIZUNATURA will answer the client with an email with all the information on exchanges and returns.

If the reason for the return is that the product is faulty or that the client has received the wrong product, the exchange will be made without any additional cost to the client. In any other case, the additional costs of the return will be incurred by the client.

The client must contact MIZUNATURA through email and the client will be informed on how to proceed within the time frame mentioned previously.  All communications past the deadline will not be valid.  Discontinuance entails the full refund of the purchase amount and in order for the client to receive a full refund, it is essential that the product remain in perfect condition by keeping the original packaging and the purchase invoice. Remember the product should have to be intact and unopened.

We will usually refund your order within 3 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.

In general, any sort of  tax, fee, customs clearance or brokerage that is accrued as a result of the purchase of goods, as well as any other expenses derived therefrom, will be at the incurred by the User/Buyer.


Products will be sold at the price shown on the website, the price shown at the time of confirmation of the order made by the customer being the effective one. MIZUNATURA reserves the right to modify prices and other commercial conditions without any previous notice.

These Terms of Sale will apply to all services or products offered by this website unless otherwise specified by MIZUNATURA.
